Christine Kennedy, COO & Executive Vice-President, Lynchburg Regional Business Alliance

Christine Kennedy is a leadership & life coach, the Chief Operations Officer, and Executive Vice-President of the Lynchburg Regional Business Alliance which is the regional Chamber of Commerce and economic development organization responsible for helping existing businesses thrive and recruiting new industry to the region. She has a passion for helping individuals connect and find success in their respective communities.   


In her role at the Alliance, she is in charge of strategy, operations, and workforce development. She administers the nationally award-winning Leadership Lynchburg program which provides emerging and high potential leaders with leadership skill-building, community engagement, and team-based project learning. She is a sought-after inspirational speaker and facilitator in the areas of leadership, life balance, strategic planning, and change management.

 

She has her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Liberty and she received her coaching credentials from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). 

 

Christine and her husband have live on a 17-acre farm in Bedford County. The property features a restored 1860’s farmhouse on the property called "The Sanctuary", a place for individuals and couples to get away from the noise and busyness of life to think, dream, pray, and set goals.
